Submit your info through the Dentist Registration Form and we’ll reach out to discuss how your practice can become a trusted partner in care.
Step 2: Collaborate
We’ll outline the process together.
You choose how many patients you’re willing to take, and we explain how approvals and reimbursements work—simple, clear, and on your terms.
Step 3: Implement
Start seeing approved patients.
When a patient is approved through Immediate Smiles Fund, we’ll notify you. After you complete the treatment, just submit a quick Treatment Completion Form.
Step 4: Reflect
You get reimbursed, we get feedback.
We review the experience with you, handle reimbursements, and improve future support. Together, we increase smiles and reduce barriers to care.
